I always have a snack at the hotel ( soup/ sandwich etc). When I asked for the menu I was told its pizza thats it. No other menu, staff looked at me like I had asked for caviar. Next evening the standard menu was out but it was too late I bought a sandwich from local super market. Disappointing really as I usually feel well looked after by staff. This time I felt I was an inconvenience.
br /Window in my room would not close properly. There was a draft coming through and it was cold at times. I am usually in an upgraded room being a platinum member, being in a standard room I felt it was in need of of an upgrade. Shower also needed some maintenance / attention

The staff were helpful. The location is near to shopping facilities

Negativ:
The room had an awful smell which I did raise with staff but they were unable to move me due to lack of available rooms
